Breakthrough Bleeding?

So I've been on birth control for about a year, and for that entire time I've taken it at 10 p.m. This month, i decided to start taking it in the morning. I am about a week away from getting my period and today noticed a little bid of blood in my underwear. I only missed 1 pill this month, but have taken the others on time and used a condom every time. please help me!!
