If Obama's acting presidential already. How come he didn't visit the troops?

The media's been saying he's president already this whole trip. He talks in Germany at the Brandenburg Gate. Trying to be Reagan or Kennedy. Goes to the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem .acting devout & respectful. But he's not Presidential enough to visit wounded troops? What's more important? Men & women hurt in the defense of our country? Or pandering to the elite in Europe? I guess we've know the answer.
