Lump near entrance of ?

k this is kind of embarring, but i have a lump hear the entrance of my , sort of to the right and its kind of squishy. i dont want to go to the doctors. its not that painful- only when i sit down or stand up too hard. im nearly 16 and not ually active. i only noticed it hurting yesterday after i went to the toilet.
