Religio Romano and Hellenism need to be more organized?

That is what I think because insted of shiping in you'r local park and making it a grove if you organise more you could biuld temples and regian the old ones I know organised religion is not everyones cup of tea but what are the results I am not asking for a pagan pope okay mabey for religio romano some might whant a pontix maximus but which would you rather ship in a little grove that is lended to you or a temple which is your and a clergy to help you and teach your children organisastion will wipe out the public myth of paganism is evil
