11 month old and sleeping?

She was taking a bottle in her bouncer before bed then when finished i would put her in bed and she would fall right to sleep, then wake up anywhere from 2 to 6 and want a bottle and go back to sleep. I sent her to my moms for two days and she came back wanting the bottle in bed with her, my mom admitted she went against my routine and laid her down with a bottle. Now i can't get her to go back to the way it was plus the hard part is she's waking up twice a night now. She's almost a year old, my other two were all nighters from 6 months of age but this one has to be difficult! I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to what i should do to break her of this. I have no issues with letting her cry for a bit, but it seems as though she'll cry forever. I tried giving her a couple minutes to cry then going in and laying her down and walking back out, but after almost an hour of fit both nights i tried, i broke down and gave her a bottle. Any suggestions?
