Who also think these baseball players should be punished harshly?

I think anybody who has taken them after they were made illegal in MLB, or anybody who got them before 2005 illegally should be punished. I saw Rick Ankiel on the list and of course we've heard so much about him and have found out that he took them for only a little bit, BEFORE it was made illegal in MLB, and he didn't get them illegally with the law. They were prescribed for his injuries for a short period of time. So anybody in his situation shouldn't get punished, but otherwise the rest should. Makes perfect sense to me.
